I'm still around. I do admit I tend to forget Plurk plus a solid week of no internet had me out in the wifi wasteland. But I wanted to share our (nearly) finished TV room in the basement. Only been working on it for 4 years! Pics inside.

Monday is my day off. This Monday was the first since well before Christmas that I've had no where to go, no one else in the house and nothing to do (besides laundry). It was so nice. I was able to do some writing and catch up on some of my shows. A good day!

I've been summoned for jury duty....again. This makes the 4th summons since I became a US citizen....2 in CA, 1 in VA, and now in PA. Of course I've yet to actually sit on a jury (I was an alternate once). I don't mind and feel it's my civic duty anyway ...but no one else in my family have ever been summoned!

I have become a true Pennsylvannian. I'm so looking forward to pork and sauerkraut for dinner. It smells delish!
