Update on Amy’s Dad, Paul: Due to Paul feeling better, he has been able to use a walker instead of the wheelchair, able to attend church that he hasn't been able to go to since November, and, because of the use of the walker, he (myself, as well) has been able to go down to the lake and sit on the bench that he has so been wanting to do.

Up date on Paul: Paul saw an orthopedic surgeon last Monday and was told that he doesn't need surgery on his femur (cancer lesions are present on the bone). Good news! And the doctor stated that Paul could start walking with help from crutches or walker. He will call the PT back for a visit. He had a bone scan on Tuesday. We haven't been told the...

Update on Paul: After 3 weeks in the hospital/rehab, Paul is finally coming home. His discharge will be this Sunday at 11:00 am. And by God's wonderful goodness, everything that will be needed to assist him in getting around the house and making things easier for him to be in his own home will be covered by insurance......everything....

update on Amy’s Dad, Paul: An update on Paul: He was admitted to a rehab facility yesterday. He resides in a beautiful place. It is bright and cheery. By God's goodness, the place is just minutes from the hospital where he will continue to receive radiation treatments on his spine and the insurance will cover transporting him to the hospital.
