Tonight im off for a sleep study to test if i still have sleep apnea after losing 60% of my body weight. I havent used my cpap for the last few weeks cos i was waking with constant headaches and bloating and feel way better so fingers crossed

I've lost over half my body weight since surgery last year. I am on a cpap machine but for the last month or so I've had a daily headache on waking and huge flatulence issues. last two nights slept without the cpap and both issues are gone. having a sleep study in two weeks. curious if I have sleep apnoea anymore

my partner is moving in this weekend. freaking out q bit. it's exciting hut I honestly never thought I'd live with a partner. she is amazing but we are soooooo different. this gonna be interesting
