what do people think are fair prices for a house? I tend to price low / higher volume sales due to events but what do you think is a good price for a house these days?

So how you find out about new releases either from new creators you haven't discovered before, or from your fav creators? I was wondering how people keep up as there are so many external SL social media tools/blogs/websites etc. How do you inspire your shopping list?

Why do people submit photographs to so many groups (300+) on Flickr ? Is that a good thing or bad ? I only just noticed this during our blogger search.

a while ago I got approved for the Maitreya body. I am finally working on clothing. Would you recommend Avastar? Clothing on Maya a better option? should I use Blogotex (spelling?) I used to have a blogger group, but felt bad about "enforcing" if they blogged my items, so I changed it to if you want to blog something just IM me. But now rarely anybody IMs me lol for items. I keep seeing the above mentioned and wondered for non fashion brands is it something I could use / pros and cons?
