should I use Blogotex (spelling?) I used to have a blogger group, but felt bad about "enforcing" if they blogged my items, so I changed it to if you want to blog something just IM me. But now rarely anybody IMs me lol for items. I keep seeing the above mentioned and wondered for non fashion brands is it something I could use / pros and cons?

I'd say yes, I'm finding it so hard to ask for anything so I rather just buy your items but blogotex would be great

Aww lol I sometimes get shy to ask xD but I sure will again soon 😆 it has pros and cons, but most of the creators I know that uses it finds it really convenient. Most of the cons I think falls on the bloggers, but Blogotex is still improving and is making a lot of updates

aww ok, and yes i did think people might not want to ask :-( I just signed up and put in an add for Bloggers. Is it not fair to bloggers, are there things I can do on my side as a creator to make it fairer/easier for those who are kind enough to help me with blogging?

I never use blogotex. I forget about it and get kicked out of them often lolol. I'm just so bad at it. I always liked having a blogger manager keeping track more. Especially because it seems more personable to me.

I'm too shy to ask for items anymore. I just tell myself if the creator would like me to feature it they will contact me possibly or I can put in a application

As a creator and former blogger, I won't use it. I find it really impersonal and tbh kind of extra. When I blogged I hated having to jump through hoops to be in a blogger group bc it took all the enjoyment out of it for me, so I wouldn't put my bloggers through it now either.

oh no.... ok. So is there a way for me to make it more personal I hate impersonal. I am wondering if I can combine with an inworld blogger manager (I have somebody in mind who would be awesome at that) so while the deliver is via the system - follow up and interaction is via the manager. Why does it kick you out (I must um watch the video lol).

And Aria I can understand that, (but if you ever want my items if too shy send me an IM saying - HI HOW ARE YOU. lol then I went send and you didn't ask :-D :-D

If you already signed up Char, you can set your system into product based timers. I also like if the creator leaves long comments on my submitted posts. Making it more personal. And you can always contact them if you have any concerns. <3

That's fab Lundy, I am very torn, I think I am going to try it just setting it up now but will try and find a way to team it with having some lovely people onboard, and ensuring they get inworld support and hugs. The one thing I do like so far on it that I have seen is, I can deliver the item to blog via there as I set up my vendors.

I have always viewed it that bloggers are the ones doing us the favour using an item, so want to be very aware of that, and ensure they feel comfortable / or even want to blog something I have.

I know what you mean, for me this is one area I don't have any bloggers so if it works great, if not, I can ask them if they would like to go to an inworld group or subscriber type thing instead. I'll see how we fare. Blazin Aubret is going to help me on it so she will be out there too with tea and hugs :-D

hah I know the feeling. Blazin is so awesome she did the ForMax event with me so her brain somehow is like my brain :-D My main thing is as long as we can be nice, helpful, kind and support those who do amazing work like blogs for us, regardless of tool, then I am good.

CharlotteBartlett haha I was in your group and I'm not sure what happened. Did you go to the subscription delivery? I just need to message you! I thought you might be doing something different

lol Blazin - Aria are you on this Blogotex thingy? I closed my group last year as it was so hard managing it and I ended up feeling guilty if I chased somebody so I switched to that "just ask me for a release if you want to blog" format lol and that didn't work. I miss you!! <3

btw Blazin is my Lacey - we couldn't pick Thelma and Louise as I DID not want to drive off a cliff. and My hair right now is looking like sharon gless in RL as too busy meshing to blow dry (TMI).

CharlotteBartlett hiiii! I wondered what happened lol! I'm on one blogotex thing now but I think I've signed in once. I'm just awful at it. It feels so impersonal and I like the connection with the store owners or blogger managers.

We got a plan for that Aria. So we have set up our own Discord Server for Scarlet Creative Bloggers - we are all in there chatting up a storm lol. So Blogotex for us will manage the item deliver and admin bit (e.g. is a post done) but all the hugs/warmth and cup of teas are in Discord and it's going to become a group of friends we hope.

CharlotteBartlett lundylei that's a really good idea! I have discord. I just need to be more active with it.
