plurk part 2 - Omigod, yes the Fuzzy One saga!

Final analysis is that he has/had a bad head cold that affected the pressure in his ears, and some pretty severe dehydration. I tried to suggest other tests (after all he has been to the ED lately more than he has the grocery store it seems) but was voted down. He came home that night.

Here we go again! Getting packed and ready for Maine Renn Faire round 2! Town meeting went well, got the message that we were good to go. And I have enough time to dye my hair sky blue before we leave. It's the little things, you know?

It's 2;30 pm and no I am not just waking up. I am, oh yes, without sleep and back in the ED with the fuzzy one. He has extreme vertigo, some swelling of extremities, fluid retention, brain fog, tenderness of left Abdominal side etc, etc. Immediate Care sent us here.

Have you ever felt like taffy stretched way too thin? This is me. Fri AM started with tripping over dog and hitting my head (just above the hairline) on the corner of an old wooden bookshelf. And the weekend just went from there. Really good stuff with really bad, upsetting, annoying stuff.

So after a series of ups and downs involving mischief and frustrations (truck down, mattress deflated and couldn't inflate Fri night, had to sleep on ground, got borrowed truck stuck in mud Sat evening, etc - and yes actually saw a FOX playing in neighbors yard on way to work Wedns night)

We cleared over a thousand bucks our first weekend here.

OMFG THEY ARE HERE

So an old friend came through last night, offering Bear and I use of his truck for the weekend. And I find it vastly amusing that I am now driving a lifted Silverado 4x4 with personalized lic 'DETHWSH', loaned to us by a man named Thor. & yes there are Mjolnier necklaces hanging on the rear view mirror - along with a skull pendant. I AM HAVING TRUCK LUST.

And now Uhaul has nothing we can rent that will be available in time for us to make it up to the faire.

somewhere someone is watching their human/Sims spin in mental circles and is very much enjoying our rising frustration.

So first good - Now the bad, truck decided to go into 'limp mode' because of an 'Omd2 sensor = evap emission system leak detected very small leak. Finally, the ugly - it's 2 freaking days before Maine Renn, & I don't even know how I am getting home from work in the morning much less working the faire!
