Teeg: well, I just went to the ER, so just a Rx for eliquis and follow up with my pcp on Monday.

isle: yes, in fact it does ache 😕 the biggest problem with this shit is I’ve been taking 2-3 ibuprofen every four hours around the clock, along with 650mg Tylenol, and oxycodone, in addition to my other meds that I take every eight hours. Well, I can’t take ibuprofen with the blood thinner, so...and ibuprofen is a fucking miracle drug for me...

I’m hurting in my right hip, across my pelvis, left upper thigh, sometimes the entire leg, and the left calf is aching and swollen. And, I’ve found that not taking ibuprofen is a fucking bitch. 😕

I am surprised that you have a stomach left I really hope that the clot resolves asap.

Ibuprofen is just the best for bone pain. It always surprised my patients how amazingly effective it is.

also how's your oxygen levels? Do you have a pulse/ox monitor at home? clotting worries me/covid of course.

isle: my O2 sats at the hospital were 95-99%. I don’t have a pulse I’d at home, but I don’t have any shortness of breath or chest pain at all. 🤞 that all stays the same.
Pain-wise, I’m absolutely fucking miserable. I hurt no matter my position, I’m having trouble walking, getting in/out of bed. My pain is a 7/10 all the time, jumping up to 8 or 9.

The pain meds that I have are not working. I might have slight relief from them, but not much.

And, I have an assortment of really good pain meds.
