GUYS!!!! I went to do my initial screening for the clinical trial Tuesday and Wednesday. Laboratory, urinalysis, and ekg. Nurse called this morning. Lab work showed positive....wait for it......PREGNANCY! WHAT. THE. ACTUAL. FUCK?!??
The phone call with this news woke me up...so, I was ultra confused. She also said that my urine showed a possible UTI. Quick google....uti can present a false positive urine pregnancy test! So, of course, YES, THAT’S IT!!!
Wrong 😕 it was a blood test. And, it wasn’t by a small amount. It was in the range of about 6 weeks pregnant. Jesus Fucking Christ.
It is definitely false positive because 1. (TMI) I HAVEN’T BEEN EXPOSED and 2. I do have an IUD (which I know, I know....not 100%, but still more effective than a tubal).
And, by not exposed, I mean...no fooling around of any sort (my poor husband) by a long shot for probably more than a year.
