I skipped work for 5 days now ... not feeling right know and i got bills to pay pa haist. My mental health is not doing goos right now

I miss my old self, the laziness i have at 35 is unbelievable... I am my worst enemy

Jan 2024 is tougher than I imagined... started the year with lots of negativity *sigh

Not sure what i want, to disappear and never return or to restart somewhere far from here... i hate my brain sometimes, i skipped work yesterday coz of it

So yeah been months but life has been kind i guess, took a big role at work, my dream for overseas is still in the looms and bts is going to the military ha!
