I don't get people sometimes, why do folks complain on marketplace or on plurk instead of talking to a creator if they think there is a problem?

It's my son's birthday tomorrow and it's the first birthday ever since he was born that I've not seen him.

So marketplace, as I've always understood it you box your item for marketplace for easy delivery. I just had someone complain that their item was boxed. That's a new one on me.
