So marketplace, as I've always understood it you box your item for marketplace for easy delivery. I just had someone complain that their item was boxed. That's a new one on me.

You don't need to box anymore. It can deliver a folder. People have become spoiled

I like to put them in a box so it's easier for me to know which is the version ready to go and I don't have folder full of files for each item.. People do get spoiled. Each designer has there preferences.

I like folders more then having to unpack boxes. But then people compain about cluttering their inventory......

I prefer a folder so I don't have to unpack anything and I prefer a box since I have an instant backup and I don't have to backup the folder manually. That's an issue.

I think with the new VMM, that a folder would be easier on both the merchant and the customer. I know it will be way easier to update without having to unbox and rebox stuff. But on the other hand, it is a

really minor complaint and there is a section where you can indicate it requieres unboxing so people need to chill

Boxes help you store items for backup and properly scripted unboxing scripts are great.
