Why I can sleep?

Why sosial media is following by trends?

When most of our friends is not using it anymore so we moving along with it.
Like transformation when everyone is using FB, twitter, and now IG, tiktok etc.. that happen to me when teenage - 20s era.

Now in my 30s I don't care about it anymore!
I used sosmed that I love, not because of friends but about me.

Why she is thinking that
"I am under a cruse"
when I got a bad day/
not got what I want???

What in my mind is:
"Maybe this is the best for me!"
"Maybe this happen for a reason."

(I hate her for thinking like that)
I never think that bad about
someone else..

Why a teenage died after chat with ai?
I try chat with AI and for me its kinda ficional and I don't like it.
In my mind about ai:
"this is robot" and "it have no souls"
