RIP my besties first Sim ever!

Thanks to my amazing son who got my account premium I was able to talk to linden labs, they opened up the sims for 24 hours to retrieve items. annnnd im bawling.

I FEEL SO SICK. HAS ANYONE EVER EXPERIENCED LINDEN LABS TAKING BACK A SIM THAT WAS DUE ON TIERS AND THEM NOT RETURNING ANY OF THE STUFF?

I just need a good day, today!
