My best friends account was locked and she owns an estate and has over 25 sims. They wouldn't let her in to sell the lindens to pay for the estate. NOW THE SIMS ARE GONE.

My clinic was on them! They said they were working on getting her unlocked so she could pay the tiers.

I suggest getting one and you can live chat them. Its worth the 10 dollars. You can cancel it after you get this fixed.

And i mean...people with premium accounts the problems/complaints/tickets filed get handled quicker

I don't have that kinda money, it isn't my sims. It's my friends whos been trying to get her account unlocked now for three weeks
