Several of the straight white boys that I am closest too are doing their straight white boy thing and telling me that my rejection of Trump's supporters and enablers somehow makes ME part of the problem.

Overheard my white male coworkers today talking quite cheerfully about the election results. I have never wanted to leave work so badly before, not in the whole time I've been working there.

Reviewing my notes for work tomorrow. Nothing makes me appreciate being a native English speaker than being an English tutor. ESL students are hardcore and have my fullest respect and sympathies.
