AAA just sent me an email encouraging me to get a Real ID at one of its "10 convenient downstate NY branch locations" which included the one by me. So I think that ends the debate over whether Rockland County is upstate or downstate.

Just as a heads up, I'm on a work trip until Friday night. I'm trying to get at least a few tags out so as not to fully fall behind but I doubt I'll clear out the inbox nightly.
