Darn. Are we ever going to get fall weather in WI. It's been so hot this past week. I want sweater and soup weather. I want blustery days that make you glad to be inside.

Enjoying summer so far. Love to see leaves on the trees and flowers all around.

The scene on my plurk page is the end of 2022 winter (so heading into spring. We haven't had this much snow yet.

No snow or rain. Having a dry winter like we did last year. Got a new winter coat, but it's been in the 30s and 40s since I got it, so yeah it's cozy. Would like a cold stretch to see if it is really warm.

Today was windy and rainy. I had cataract surgery on my L eye at the end of September. I had to wait 3 wks to get a new eyeglass prescription because a week later I got Covid. I have all my boosters, but I had to have gotten sick just before the 2 weeks were up after the
last vaccine.

So we bought the Farberware in Nov 2021. Then in April 2022, the control panel died and it was easier just to junk it and get a new one. We worked through company to get our money back since it was still under warranty. Then in June or so, we got another one.

Even though I have all the vaccines, Covid found me at the beginning of October. I was able to manage at home, though.

We are having cold winter weather, just no snow. All the big storms have been south of us. Other storms have gone north.

Not sure how we haven't had a big snowstorm and we are already 5 days into February. Not sure how we live in a northern state and don't get snow. WI

Snowed today, but not very much. It's December in WI. 12-28-2021
