After logging in to Flickr, plurk and YouTube I’ve found a mass of new followers/ subscribers etc. what. What happened. I’m dead guys I thought we knew this

I logged in today and all my settings etc are gone - no windlights are saved, and everything is now default. I use firestorm. I had lots of windlights made myself for photgraphy and I REALLY need them back. How do I get these back?
