I logged in today and all my settings etc are gone - no windlights are saved, and everything is now default. I use firestorm. I had lots of windlights made myself for photgraphy and I REALLY need them back. How do I get these back?

the same thing happened to me when i upgraded my operating system.
all of the windlights i saved were gone permanently, i couldn't find anything but corrupted files
i'd look inside the firestorm folder in application support see if they're in the place they're supposed to be in, if not then they somehow got deleted

i'd have to see it to tell you exactly what to do bc u know i run mac osx and not windows but i can at least tell you how to get to the folder

I don't know whether or how you can recover windlights if you didn't back them up before, but once you have everything set up again, here's how you can back them up for the future: backup_settings [Phoenix Firestorm Project - Wiki] ... the backup process only takes a minute.
