Over the years I have felt that Christmas has been more of a generic winter holiday celebration, since it's the most well known in my country (USA) and you see it the most in stores, etc. So instead of any religious ties, I view it as a fun 'excuse' to share gifts, well wishes, hot cocoa, and hugs with anyone of any belief system ♥
SLSanta: well yeah, part of the tradition is to try to one up everyone else by having the biggest goat. second part of the tradition being not getting caught when you burn someone else's goat.
