I've still got recurring respiratory problems since being clear of covid ugh. Now I go everywhere with an inhaler on me. it seems to trigger an attack when I've spoken too much but the problem is I HAVE TO SPEAK A LOT.

So nowadays I whip out my inhaler when I feel an attack coming midsentence, pause for 10 secs, and then continue as it nothing happened

i have a friend with the same issue, its been a good month or so and she's doing better now but it took her along time

Zee, when there is flooding or wildfires, you need to be careful. It can cause even more problems for you.
