I've still got recurring respiratory problems since being clear of covid ugh. Now I go everywhere with an inhaler on me.
it seems to trigger an attack when I've spoken too much but the problem is I HAVE TO SPEAK A LOT.

So nowadays I whip out my inhaler when I feel an attack coming midsentence, pause for 10 secs, and then continue as it nothing happened
