I'm working on getting pastiera done and out the next couple days and then have some pre-orders, so with the mail taking as long as it has been (double normal priority speed in some cases) I cannot guarantee pre-holiday delivery on these if you were thinking of one as a gift.

That said I will take as many orders as I have people interested for the next week and keep working on them!

There is also still pastiera available, an Italian pie/tart made with sweet crust, vanilla custard, cinnamon wheat, and orange ricotta. Those are $30/pie, delicious and portion and freeze well, and you can add other things to your order if you so desire. I should have photos available tomorrow for the curious.

ThatAlistair: if it's just the shortbread you have a problem with I can do a tiny batch of plain instead, note that in your order form! I can't really work with allergies or sensitivities on the others because of the batch sizes unless there's a group willing to split the adjustment.

Technically I guess they tried to deliver it on Tuesday during the 20 minutes of the entire day that I'd left my apartment to get groceries, was just able to get over to the post office today to pick up the mysterious ~missed delivery~ and my hopes were fulfilled
