A couple of announcements, one about the game's opening date.
One, the navigation posts have all been done and there's just a little bit of additional prep to do. You can check out our navigation page.
Two, apps will open on the 11th of this month and the game will open on the 18th. The first Hiccup event will start on Halloween day and last for a week after that.
If it turns out necessary, we will delay those dates, this is just what we're looking at right now.
Apps will stay open after they open--there won't be a closing date or an app cycle.

Reusing this plurk so I don't spam. An announcement about activity check: there will not be any need for you to post AC as we will be using the ACSavior program to tally activity. As long as you've posted something that month, you're golden.
Furthermore, for every 10 comments your character makes, they will receive a random silly prize such as stuffed animals, stickers, action figures, comic books, ridiculous bobbing head toys, etc.
Basically nothing significant so you don't have to worry about missing out if you don't post a lot.
