Morning every plurkers, if any of you see some yellow men appear on your Plurk, it’s because that the website those pictures come from was shut down yesterday, so all the pictures from that website were also gone.
If you want to get rid of these yellow men, please follow the steps down below.
1.click your account on the up right corner
2.choose customize layouts
3.change the CSS and save
(You can only change the URL of the missing pic.)
4.If you don’t know how to change the CSS, click the “clear design” button.
Alert! It's better to save your CSS somewhere before you clear it!

My layout was drastically changed! Now I have to go find a transparent black image used on my layout that was hosted in Tinypic :'(
_zep_: fwiw, i ran into this problem on one of my old rp accounts (a lot of pics were on tinypic) and i found them via the wayback machine so i could at least download them from there and reupload them somewhere else (like imgur)
just take the url that was on tinypic and put it into the wayback machine's search box and hope there's a snapshot you can grab
Too bad I have already changed the image and wasn't able to save the URL for Tinypic :'(

OH OKAY THERE IS STILL TIME BEFORE TINYPIC SHUTS DOWN COMPLETELY. it's just as of the ninth, no hosting - there's still a week to rescue your stuff!
oh man, and of course i see this after i've changed it to images i don't like anywhere near as much. /sad
you can check the wayback machine to see if your plurk was ever archived there.
and then you can select to view page source and snag the image links from there

I think that's right - you can only rescue your own stuff, unless you can access others' uploads still (I haven't checked).
Yeah I do not think you can. Oh well. I saved my css, but can't access the pics in any way. My page was archived by the wayback machine, but the photos aren't there.
Never rely on random internet sites, especially free ones, to retain anything. Always save it yourself if it's something you want!
_zep_: I am so sorry for that. In case the same thing happen again, I edit the 4th step to advise others to save their CSS first.
