i do remember the starbucks across from a starbucks and you could see the third starbucks........ it's already gone, too, it's all boarded up with no signage. who told you it was unionizing? the articles i saw said it was an absurd rent increase.

Feels like Seattle closing 6 major locations because of 'crime,' but 5/6 had just made union noises and none of them had had any incidents of criminal activity beyond graffiti and a single broken window.
