Oh don't be embarrassed. I hope you like him- he's one of my favorites.

I don't care for Hemingway's writing style but he does have interesting conceptual ideas.

I really like how hemingway is 'real' when writing conversations- people speak their mind alot more than depicted by moth authors

that Hemingway's "tip of the iceberg" approach to storytelling can be a bit much sometimes. I understand the point...

...but I wish he would just give the reader a bit more to grab onto.

Me too, though. Some of us, as huge literary people, can still admit that they haven't read the greats=) But loved Hemingway!!! So wistful
