Do you believe in the term, "work-life balance"?

Nope. My work and my life are too intertwined to make the distinction. And I love it that way. Blessed to do what I love.

it's not about short-term/daily balance (impossible), it's about being temp. in-balanced but overall balanced, wk/wk or yr/yr

I believe! Although I believe that work is part of my life. I just want to relax sometimes. :-)

LOL! I definitely have offbalance days where work takes more from me than I want. But I do put it down when I need to!

My work is my life :-) Seriously, I enjoy it so much that it does not seem like work... and it allows me to spend time with the kids whenever

There is no balance per se - it is not one vs the other but how the two comingle without appearing to be overwhelming

My bro-in-law says there is no "work/life" balance, just "life balance" otherwise work isn't living. I agree with him.

i didn't until i stopped commuting a minimum of 3 to 4 hours a day - now there is no balance because there seem to be no boundaries! :-D

Yes, but not in the typical way. I don't believe that there is a formula. Some people can work their face off while others need breaks. B-)

maybe it's an unbalanced state of balanced the work-live oxymoron.
A Blackberry in one hand, and a beer in the other. A perfect balance!

that he does believe in the balance as typified by the saying, "Work hard, play harder"
