Fredday's been taking his inhaler pretty decently for a few weeks.

He doesn't like it. He'll run if he sees it and doesn't WANT to do it, but he'll ACCEPT it once it's happening or if he's already laying down.

He requires a reward after (treats of sorts), but yeah.

My brother would've been turning 34 today.

This is the second birthday without him.

The job hope that we were looking at that had said "if you're still looking at the end of August, give us a call" well. M'mom called a few times and then finally got the, "The position has already been filled." Fredday is slowly being trained regarding the asthma meds. M'mom thinks she might have to ask the vet about getting more of the previous meds in the meanwhile b/c he's started up the bad coughing again... The thing is those steroids or whatever they are, can cause diabetes in the future if used too frequently/certain conditions etc.

(I exist. I just. I am spending more time not... Problem focusing, problem sleeping, stress, etc. Started new anti depressant meds. Hard to tell if there's any affect when there's so much going WRONG that's like. In the way of just. Yeah.)

I used to use Plurk a lot. Then I froze my... Karma, that's what it was. I don't remember when I froze it, just that I started coming here less - as I did with a lot of sites at one point. But 14 years??? Time flies...

Financially things went from bad to worse. And unless a miracle happens on the 2nd/3rd for something to be latter explained, or [redacted] helps out [maybe to mention later, but IDK this is public so maybe not], then we're really fvcked this month and I'm terrified.
