Headed home early today due to some forecast snow and icing. At this time there is nothing happening so, hard to believe but here we go.

Students working on cell organelle projects. Range from cakes to sheet metal to Sketchup. We'll see what we get in the end.

Wow! Welcome winter. 58° in my classroom this morning. Will have to have the kids run laps to warm up. Keeps us all alert for learning!

What a beautiful morning here in midcoast Maine. The light has that pinkish/orangeish quality that makes one stop and breathe.

Working on a staff survey for the school garden. Trying to see what sort of interest there will be school wide. Googledocs rock!

Where does one find time to both read blogs and then reflect on them in the writing of a post? I am not having much luck.

Here goes. Three solid weeks before holiday break! Time to get something going before the new year.
