Great weekend with my daughters and my grandchildren. First Seattle, then a movie (Thanks to Mr. Footpad for watching the kids), then an Apple Squeeze. I am peopled out, but happy.

Tried my own version of "bulletproof" coffee this morning. Used cream-on-top milk from grass-fed cows, added about 2 Tbsp. melted coconut oil, and combined with my coffee and homemade dark chocolate syrup...
