Tried my own version of "bulletproof" coffee this morning. Used cream-on-top milk from grass-fed cows, added about 2 Tbsp. melted coconut oil, and combined with my coffee and homemade dark chocolate syrup...
...in a blender. It was quite nice--rich and satisfying. Tried adding coconut oil to my chocolate milk tonight, though, and discovered it turns to a stiff froth when mixed with the cream if it's cold.
