had a hard time sleeping last night, then I woke up too early for the time I slept. I must be feeling so much pressure & overwhelmed of the number of things I must finish for home, work & online.

I badly need to have a body clock reboot! Having a hard time sleeping, its making me sick...! should I go see a sleep disorder doctor?
