It can be the photos of the people you love, or moments or your dream moments or music. Anything that will make you happy. And feel the happiness, feel the good things, close your eyes for 1-2 minutes. And you will feel good again.

My friends r wondering, what is secret shifter? I'm inspired by a book, The Secret , you must know this book. Everything in this world happens depending on how we think and how we feel. If you think you will fail, then you will. So think positively.
