I am a science teacher in rural Minnesota, interested in getting kids outdoors for learning and using technology to move my classroom into the 21st century.
We had good news! No rejection or damage. They think it is a drug interaction, so are cutting one of hubby's blood pressure meds in half and monitoring bloodwork next 3 months. So relieved. Been a long week!
Hubby was released today, but goes back tomorrow for his kidney biopsy...That is the bigger worry - if he is rejecting his transplant. No results until Fri. Just went for a walk. Being cooped up is not for me!
Back at the hospital with hubby. Hernia surgery went well, but they were not able to do the biopsy of his transplanted kidney yet...on tap for tomorrow.
Hi all. Been absent. Lots of stress. Going to Mayo with hubby Monday night. Surgery for him on hernia, but his creatinine is creeping up...concerns he may be starting to reject his kidney transplant.
