So, my 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter was pretending the remote was a phone and talking into it. SIL asks her who she is talking to and she replies, "Jake from State,Farm"!

Great time at Science and Math EdCamp yesterday. Lots to tink about.

Going to see Bill Nye the Science Guy on Tuesday with two science teacher colleagues. Sounds like the epitome of neediness, but I am looking forward to it.

Fell asleep after church fora good 2 hours. Wow - haven't do e that in awhile! Better get out with the dogs to enjoy the weather before I get down to school work.

Morning! Long day yesterday with the science methods class I teach 60 miles away. Short night, now off on a field trip to a hospital microbiology lab. Talking emerging disease - almost too real-life right now!
