the 2nd term will be better than the last.

that since it's made by DepEd, the NCAE should be the standard CET for all colleges. \m/

for wasting 6 hours of our lives, DepEd should let us into any college we want to, if we pass the NCAE.

dang NCAE. I could use that day for rest instead of taking a test that doesn't really affect me.
