Use nkf to convert database ( ujis to utf8 ). Discuz 6.1.F(ujis) to Discuz6.1.F(uft8) to Discuz6.1(utf8) to Vbb 3.8.4.

Should I buy vBulletin (Owned License) ? Discuz is not very friendly towards Japanese. Wait for Discuz 7.1 and vBulletin 4.0.
