don't allow somebody else's words / actions take you out of your character. keep calm and think it through before you act upon it.
if you understood what it meant to be subordinate, you wouldn't wish this life upon your worst enemy.
if you close your eyes on the train & imagine yourself going up a roller coaster, it sounds like it, so really you feel it. almost died.
holding someone down & keeping them down is different. if your friendship is dead, it's best to let go- despite whatever loyalty y'all had.
