ahci controller's problem seems to be solved by installing windows driver. (but it was designed for raid actually)

maybe i'll consider changing to windows vista.

keepass is wonderful! although its integration with others is bad, its customizable auto-type function is really sufficient for daily use.

problem seems to be fixed by disabling kaspersky's virtual keyboard function (remove anti-spam component as well, if you use KIS).
