Crazy wind storm overnight into the morning (we still have a high wind warning) and the majority of our town is without power (including us)! So now trying to scramble and find things to occupy my children outside of the home while we wait for power to be restored!

Today marks the first day back to preschool for my kiddos after three weeks (snow week, sick week and then mid-winter break) and ALSO the first time I’m attempting to leave my youngest in his class on his own (usually I stay with him even when I’m not signed up as a parent helper because he’s shy and also loves his mama) so...hoo! Fun stuff.

Lmao, I spent the past like 3hrs off and on trying to make sense of the MCU timeline and I am wondering if it’s always been that way for people or just since Endgame...because other than playing Steve for approximately one second post-The Avengers, Pepper post-IM3 and even Clint before AoU...I don’t remember it being so complicated 🤣.

Happy Valentine’s Day, all! We don’t do anything special (lmfao we have young kids) or get overly invested in it but we are going to see Captain America: Brave New World on Sunday so maybe that counts as belated bday and Valentine’s Day. Hopefully everyone is either getting their self love on (NOT LIKE THAT!!) or spending time with loved ones!

Year 37 has started with: my children not waking up until 8:30 (it’s usually 7 or possibly earlier lol), chilling in bed and now: going for Costco cake and lumpia and pancit, but also maybe leisurely browsing in a store and/or some bookshops downtown before and after. It might help keep chasing off the stir crazy I’d been feeling this week!
