Mother of 3 + 3 inlaws; step mother to 2 + 2 inlaws and grandmother to 6 (4 boys and 2 girls). I am a long-time multi-crafter - sew, crochet, knit, cross stitch, embroider, paint... I like to keep my hands busy.
Just stopping by for a quick hello. Doing well, it is hard after losing a spouse, but I have a wonderful support system of family and friends. Looking forward to spending some time in Hawaii with dd#1 &family.
Bad 24 hours. Lost husband to massive heart attack.

Mr. Grumpypants relented and went shopping - found a jacket he LIKES and is much happier. Looks like we stay for the week.
Good morning - waiting to see if Mr. Grumpypants will make everyone so uncomfortable with his whining today that I pack up and leave or if he will go with the flow.
DH came on trip with me to SLC, and didn't bring a jacket. He is so uncomfortable that I may have to cut my trip short to take him back to CA 
Off to REI - dh forgot to pack a warm jacket 
In SLC with DD#2 & family for a week. Travel with DH is tedious as he thinks he is "old" whines a lot. 
On the road - headed to SLC
