btw even the tribes considered "uncivilized" were human lives that mattered and should not have been treated like animals!! btw the europeans barged onto their land and decided simply that they wanted that land, and since they had different customs that did not fit their foreign standards, they werre therefore allowed to kill and enslave them!

The Seminole Tribe migrated to Florida in the 1700s, and they are one of the most well known native tribes! They are known nowadays for their forestry, cattle, casinos, and citrus groves! Their name comes from the Creek Indian word "simanó-li," meaning separatist, or “runaway!"Seminole | History, Culture & Facts | Britannica

This is the Hopi tribe of Arizona, who migrated from South America/Mexico! I'd recommend looking into them if you want to learn about Native history past the tragedies! They are known for their pottery and art, doll carvings and weavings!! they believed the sun was a creator of sorts and it was important to their beliefs!Welcome to the Hopi Tribe - The Hopi Tribe

remember that however bad you think columbus was, its actually 1000 times worse in reality !!! imagine your family were the ones tortured, segregated, your dearly held homes were destroyed with no mercy, your entire beliefs were invalidated and wiped out, treated as barbaric, children put in mines, sold into slavery, killed by colonists & their diseases
