paranoid with a bipolar streak...easily bored and very impatient...reckless driver, always late...indolent, careless and topsy-turvy...still, though, others have it worse...i'm not so bad 
getting back into the meat of things 
just finished 20K in 36.20 minutes of cycling...i feel better
won't be running today, but will be going to the gym...have to get this midtarsal fault thing out of the way before sunday!!! grrrrrr!!!
ran 5K in 42 minutes and 6.4K in 54.34 minutes (both times in one run)...feels great!!
