[running/knee saga] Had a second longer run yesterday with some knee tweakiness, then had PT today & talked to coach and I'm going to not run Atlantic City this weekend. I'm at peace with this and it's kind of a relief honestly.

Ran for the first time since getting medical clearance and friends, it was a little weird. You know how when you put booties in dog paws they act like they're no longer sure how their legs work? It was a little like that.
