Sitting outside, not quite awake enjoying the cool breeze after a long nap.

Awake at 6am. This is totally sleeping in for me. The old body is hurting this morning after the baseball game last night.

brought my wife to the dentist. In the waiting room wanting to take a nap. So very sleepy.

Been at the station since 4:30am. New morning show went well. Yay!

Reading some of the comments on The Cedar Rapids Gazette site. It pains me to see just how illiterate and moronic some people here are.
