Today our school held its annual kids' speech contest. The venue was pretty posh compared to the usual place where we hold it. 🙂

I think I've figured out which songs and albums are the cause of the "replace your music" message I get when I try to sync my iPhone 5 (currently being used as an iPod stand in) with my MacBook Air. That music isn't getting synced with my recently updated iOS 18.1 iPhone X. The titles are in the music library but they're greyed out and unplayable. 😡

...glad passengers can close the train doors manually using these buttons on colder days like today

I wore this scarf to work yesterday. Our office manager, who has spent some time in Vancouver, thought it was nice. My raised in Oxford, UK, co-worker was both puzzled and bewildered...she thought it looked "German" 🇩🇪 because of its colours...

During the course of a conversation at a Korean restaurant, which I got dragged into, I was introduced to a woman had taken French lessons at our school three years ago. 😅

I’m at my usual clinic to renew my high blood pressure prescription. Staff member measured my blood pressure…117/72. 😳　That's in spite of me forgetting to take my meds this morning after breakfast.
