[work] ah yes when the radiology clinic insists on doing an ultrasound before doing the injection DESPITE the fact that the patient has known and documented (by the same radiology clinic no less) issues that qualify them for an injection

[work] ah, when the insurance company books a case conference, and then isn't on time and then calls back and takes 30min which means guess who is now 30min late for everyone else
