[work] ah yes when the radiology clinic insists on doing an ultrasound before doing the injection DESPITE the fact that the patient has known and documented (by the same radiology clinic no less) issues that qualify them for an injection

do you expect the problem to have magically vanished since the last injection????
also the endoscopy clinic that won't do an endoscopy because I only wrote "please review" and did not write "this patient needs an endoscopy" did you think I meant you to just wave your hands over the patient??? what else were you going to review if not if the patient needs an endoscopy?????
