一日三餐健康摄取营养的“攻略”:
蔬菜:一般一个成年人最好每天食用一斤(600克)蔬菜-还没烹饪的新鲜蔬菜。烹饪后大约是两碗的份量。
水果:一般一个成年人最好每天食用半斤(300可)的水果。大约是两个拳头大的水果量或切好放入两个饭碗的量。
蔬菜水果不能完全相互替代。
搭配蔬果种类和颜色

i) 搭配越多不懂颜色的蔬果越健康
ii) 颜色越深营养价值越高
iii) 食用越多不同种类的蔬果越健康
