The tines were drowned rats with three big black holes to fill in insects, a few times a day. The parents were feeding and flying all day.

It's rare nowadays under eaves along side the hectic roadside to see a swallow nest with parents and babies, three big wide mouths need fed.

The other day to my great surprise some tiny chirping sound came from a small swallow family adhered to the beam of ground corridor entrance
